• These terms and conditions shall govern your use of this website as well as your relationship with Dr MUTLU.
• By accessing and using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; hence, if you are in disagreement with any part of these terms and conditions you must not use our website or not seek the use of our services in any way.
• At any time, these terms and conditions may be changed or updated in any way and without notice. It is your responsibility as the consumer to ensure you remain up to date with our current terms of service and should therefore check this page regularly for updates.
• To utilise our website, you must be 18 years of age or over and by using our website you express to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
• This website is solely owned and managed by Dr MUTLU.
• Dr MUTLU reserves the right to change or withdraw any of the services advertised and sold on this website including access to this website.
• Dr MUTLU accepts no liability if for any reason access to or use of is denied or restricted for any period of time.
• Although we endeavour to ensure the content of this website is as accurate as possible, we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wherever inaccuracies are identified we will strive to correct these in a timely fashion and should you identify any errors or inaccuracies you should contact and inform us.

• Dr MUTLU and other licensors in ownership of material accessible on this website or during the training courses reserve all rights over this material.
• Beyond personal use for training and educational purposes for which this information is intended, delegates have no right to request, reproduce, republish (including republication on another website), sell, rent, sub-license, manipulate or distribute any of the material made available in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
• Except where expressly stated otherwise, all persons, third party trade marks, brand names, content, services, establishments and venues featured on this website are in no way associated with Dr MUTLU.
• Dr MUTLU will always have the reserved rights to provide (depending on third party and contributor agreement) any materials (video or lecture based) to any delegates. Delegates will not have automatic rights over requesting such information and nor will they be provided with it upon monetary exchange for any courses or access to online materials.
Privacy Policy
• Dr MUTLU are committed to protecting your privacy and will ensure that your information will be collected and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not share your data with any third party except for administrative or training purposes relating to the services provided.
• Dr MUTLU has partnered with a small number of hand-selected industry leaders. Unless Dr MUTLU are informed otherwise, users’ details are shared with selected partners.
• You must not record or photograph any slides, presentations, demonstrations, lectures, clients, model patients, procedures, treatments or any other content delivered during your or others' treatment appointments unless permission in writing to do so is granted.
• If videos or photographs of “Portfolio Models”, and/or of any other clients’ are taken during any consultation and/or treatment, this will be carried out by Dr MUTLU or officers of Dr MUTLU and only if permission has been expressly granted by the “Portfolio Models”, and/or by any other clients in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You grant this permission by accepting our Terms and Conditions by making a booking for our services.
External Links
• In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, or through other messaging channels available on this website for whatever purpose.
• You grant to Dr MUTLU a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to Dr MUTLU the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.
• Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Dr MUTLU or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

Terms of Sale
• All bookings made through this website are subject to availability and any holding deposits for products are non-refundable. All other holding deposits for courses, treatments or personalised 1-2-1 sessions, irrespective of their value and transaction mode (e.g. website, personal communication, email or exhibition fairs) are non-refundable as stated. Dr MUTLU reserves the right to withdraw any offers or discounts and to hold all deposits made for any late cancellations.
• Any provisional booking made through this website is at the discretion of Dr MUTLU and does not guarantee confirmation of treatment. Dr MUTLU reserves the right to override or cancel any provisional bookings made through this website. Dr MUTLU may also cancel confirmed appointments to a course of treatment due to unforeseen circumstances and in these instances, any payments will be returned in full.
• When booking a treatment through this website you must use a valid debit / credit card and it is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in the account for payment to be processed.
• Treatment fees may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of Dr MUTLU.
• Any promotional discounts or deals are offered on a temporary and specific basis only. Promotional discounts or deals cannot be carried over to purchase other/additional services or be transferred over to another consumer.
• Discounts are not applicable in conjunction with any other offer, deal or discount.
• You must indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dr MUTLU and its directors, employees and affiliates from any third-party claims, liability, damages and costs that may arise from your use of this website.
• All treatments offered and sold through this website are not medical treatments but elective aesthetic procedures.
• All cosmetic model, and portfolio model patient purchases through the website or through any coordinator, trainer, email or telephone correspondence are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date at any time. It is the responsibility of the portfolio model patient to ensure that they are available for their treatment time and date. This is due to a number of aspects including the time and cost of organisation and product purchase in addition to the need to replace the model patient at short notice.
Portfolio Model / Cosmetic Model Patients
• Dr MUTLU is not obliged to provide treatments of any kind to Portfolio Model / Cosmetic Model patients.
• Upon booking, Portfolio Model patients accept that all treatments are provided at the discretion of Dr MUTLU only.
• Should a portfolio model patient have any concerns following treatment, Dr MUTLU will endeavour to provide a solution wherever feasible.
• Dr MUTLU cannot guarantee that all portfolio model patients will respond to treatment in the same way. Due to differences in anatomy and metabolism, different individuals may experience varying results from a treatment. Treatments are provided in accordance with the dose / volume and not to effect. If a portfolio model patient desires an expert review and/or a top-up treatment, this will be offered at the cost price. Please note that in the event of any major complication from treatment, the faculty will endeavour to provide complementary emergency consultations and treatment as a priority.
• If a corrective treatment is offered to a portfolio model, this must be received within 10 weeks of the original treatment date on corrective dates offered by Dr MUTLU. If the corrective/ top up treatment is not obtained within the 10 weeks (providing a date option/ options have been presented to the model), the portfolio model will have to purchase a new treatment.
• Models have 14 days after their treatment to make contact with us if they have any problems or concerns.
• If a portfolio model patient fails to attend a confirmed complimentary review appointment or cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time, they will be required to pay the standard consultation fee of £50.
• As a Portfolio Model, by purchasing our services/treatments offered on our website you are accepting our Terms and Conditions and give the absolute right and unrestricted permission to take, use, reuse, display, and publish photographic images and videos of yourself, through any form of media (print, electronic, broadcast, or otherwise) at any location for art, advertising, articles, marketing, publicity, archival, training, or any other lawful purpose. By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product(s), the advertising copy, or printed materials that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. With this, you also waive any rights, claims, or interest to royalties, or other compensation arising from or related to the use of photographic images and videos of yourself.
• Dr MUTLU are unable to supply any before or after photos or videos of portfolio models from our database.
• Please note that no portfolio model is permitted to bring along children of any age to any training day under any circumstances. In the event that children are in attendance with a portfolio model patient or delegate, Dr MUTLU will reserve the right to refuse treatment without offering any refund or complimentary transfer of appointment to another date.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations and re-bookings are equivocal.
• It is the responsibility of portfolio model patients to ensure they are able to attend the appointment at the designated time.
• All cancellation requests must be made in written form and at least 72 hours before the appointment time.
• Cancellation requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment are deemed void.
• All bookings made through this website are subject to availability and any holding deposits for products are non-refundable. All other holding deposits for treatments or personalised 1-2-1 sessions, irrespective of their value and transaction mode (e.g. website, personal communication, email or exhibition fairs) are non-refundable as stated. Dr MUTLU reserves the right to withdraw any offers or discounts and to hold all deposits for any cancellation requests with less than 72 hours notice of written notice given before the appointment time.
• Any provisional booking made through this website is at the discretion of Dr MUTLU and does not guarantee confirmation of treatment. Dr MUTLU reserves the right to override or cancel any provisional bookings made through this website. Dr MUTLU may also cancel confirmed appointments to a course of treatment due to unforeseen circumstances and in these instances, any payments will be returned in full.
• Any portfolio model or patient who wishes to cancel or re-book an appointment while there are more than 72 hours before their appointment, must contact Dr MUTLU immediately.
Cancellations & Covid 19
• No refund will be given for any treatments if less than 72 hours notice of written notice is given for any matters relating to Covid 19 (including personal symptoms). Rescheduling in this instance will incur a €20 administrative fee. If a notice is given more than 72 hours before the appointment to cancel a treatment: the treatment can be rescheduled free of charge if the reasons for rescheduling are related to Covid 19. No refunds will be offered for any treatments once booked.
Liability Disclaimer
• Dr MUTLU provides no guarantee of the accuracy of information and material displayed on this website.
• This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Dr MUTLU makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.
• Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Dr MUTLU does not warrant that: this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or that the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
• Dr MUTLU and any affiliated companies hereby expressly exclude all terms, which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
• Dr MUTLU and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any damages whether foreseeable or arising in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, under common law or otherwise. Severability

Entire agreement
These terms and conditions [together with our Privacy Policy] constitute the entire agreement between you and Dr MUTLU in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Breach of these Terms and Conditions
Without prejudice to Dr MUTLU’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Dr MUTLU may take such action as Dr MUTLU deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Waiver
If you breach any of these terms of service and we do not take action we reserve our rights to take action in any other situation in which you breach these terms of service.

Filming & Recording
No photographing, filming or recording of consultations and/or treatments is permitted neither to portfolio models nor to any other third party unless explicit consent in writing is obtained from Dr MUTLU. If written consent is obtained for any photography, recording or filming, the consent is for the private use purposes of the model patient alone and is not for the purposes of social media shares or any sharing with any other third party. Any photograph, video or recording content that has been obtained on any Dr MUTLU appointment, consultation and/or treatment is the sole property of Dr MUTLU and if required or requested, must be removed and destroyed from all offline and online mediums and platforms.
Damages and/or losses
Dr MUTLU takes no responsibility or liability for any damages or losses, personal or professional, on and during any appointments. This applies to all persons.
